My approach to rehabilitation is focused on movement and performance. I work with my clients to strengthen muscles, improve balance and mobility, and reduce pain and tension. I also ensure that my clients learn proper movement techniques to avoid future injuries.
I believe that rehab should not be seen as a limitation, but rather as an opportunity to focus on the aspects of fitness that we tend to neglect.
It’s a time to take care of yourself, strengthen your body and your confidence.

1 hour session
OFFER 2 - CHF 960 (CHF 80 per session)
