My approach to rehabilitation is focused on movement and performance. I work with my clients to strengthen muscles, improve balance and mobility, and reduce pain and tension. I also ensure that my clients learn proper movement techniques to avoid future injuries.

I believe that rehab should not be seen as a limitation, but rather as an opportunity to focus on the aspects of fitness that we tend to neglect.

It’s a time to take care of yourself, strengthen your body and your confidence.

OFFER 1 - 90 CHF (per session)

1 hour session

OFFER 2 - CHF 960 (CHF 80 per session)
  • 1 one-hour session per week for 12 weeks
  • A personalized program to do on the other days of the week
OFFER 3 – 60 CHF
  • A personalizedschedule

( If no diagnosis has been established by a doctor, but you have pain, I can do a mini analysis to define where your pain comes from. But I do not replace a therapist in any way. )
